Advanced Reporting Options
New advanced options allow customizability for the amount of information displayed on each report.
Standard Coverage
After selecting the Standards Coverage report from the list on the left of the page, you will be presented with the simple report options. The required fields are school year, Planbook, and a standard selection. If running the report with just these settings, the report will look at all lessons in the Planbook to determine which lessons cover the selected standards.
Clicking "Show Advanced settings" allows you to select a specific unit within the Planbook to check that any of the lessons within the unit cover the selected standards. The example below runs the report for all lessons within Volcanoes Unit.
Lesson Plan
After selecting the Lesson Plan report from the list on the left of the page, you will be presented with the simple report options. The required fields are school year, Planbook, and Report Scope. Running the report with these settings will run for the scope that you selected and will show all elements and will only show lessons.
Clicking Show Advanced Options allows you to select which narratives should be included in the report as well as the option to include units in the report. The example below shows all elements and includes units in the report.
Outline

If running the report with just these settings, the report will look at all lessons in the Planbook to determine which lessons cover the selected standards.
Clicking Show Advanced Options allows you to select a specific unit within the Planbook so that the report shows an outline of all of the lessons and sub-units within that unit. The example below produces a report that displays an outline for all items within Volcanoes Unit.
