Internet Explorer - Clear the Cache:
Open Internet Explorer and click on the gear in the top right corner. Then click on the internet options.
On the General Tab, under Browsing History, Click Delete.
On the new window, make sure you have a check in the first 2 check boxes which are:
Preserve Favorite and Temp Internet Files.
Click Delete and then Restart your system.
After clearing the cache, close all browser windows and then reopen the browser and login again.
Chrome – Clear the Cache
Click on the 3 bars in the top right corner of your window.
Click on settings (near the bottom of the list)
Click “show advanced settings at the bottom of the page.
Click on the gray ‘clear browsing data” button in the Privacy area (near the bottom)

Only check off ‘cached images and files’
Click the gray “Clear browsing data” Button
Click the x on the tab to close the tab.
After clearing the cache, close all browser windows and then reopen the browser and login again.
