View Registrations


Click on the form and program to view the registrations. 



Click Open on the form you would like to view.

1. Actions Buttons


Set StatusA Status can be set for the registration. There is a status for Registrar, SMS and Medical. These can all be set by the registrar admin or if there are others assigned to each role.
Add Note/ContactAdd a Note on a registration. Include Title, Body and Type of Contact.
*Required when status is set to Pending
EmailSend an email regarding the registration. You can "Create a New Template" when you click Add Email. Email the parent about missing information, email the previous district for transcripts, etc. 
ChecklistThis is a personal Checklist that you can use to keep track of what has been completed. 
AssignAssign this registration to another person
Assign to MeAssign this registration to me

2. Documents and Notes/Contacts


Documents Tab: Any documents that have been uploaded can previewed and use the Next buttons to view other documents. 


Notes and Contacts: Click this tab to view the notes and contacts that have been made with regards to this registration. 


3. Edit the Form Information


If you need to edit to complete missing information, you can click "Edit" on the application section and complete the information needed. This is also where you will upload missing documentation that gets sent to the district.
